SHIPPED: A fertiliser journal for Norwegian farms. Six months from concept to live production, solo and part-time, Swift with Claude. In closed pilot for the 2026 season.
THOUGHT: It started as my father's problem, so I had exactly one user and no way to fool him. Nobody types a form in a tractor — everything else followed from that.

A wedding guest book you can hear. Guests leave a spoken greeting from a link or QR code, each one becomes a printed page, and holding a phone to the NFC tag plays it back. Built alone, part-time.
